• Units are not precut for Toilet
• Basin, Worktop, Tap/Waste are not supplied fitted
• Cut Out for Basin & Tap is included
• LED Light, Bath, Bath Tap and Accesorries are not included
• Each Unit comes assembled but separate for fitter to postion and install
